How do I select items to purchase?
Shopping is simple at narcissist.com! When you see something you like, click the ADD button. The items you have chosen will appear in your shopping cart, located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. When you’re done shopping, scan your cart contents. You will be able to add or remove items as you like. When you’re ready, click “Checkout” to proceed to the billing page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The Narcissist online shop accepts Visa and Mastercard. First, fill in your billing and shipping information. On the following page, you may choose your shipping priority: typically, slower is cheaper. Finally, review the details of your transaction before paying. You will have a chance to verify that everything is correct on the confirmation page, before you click the “Make Payment” button.
Note: Due to the nature of our payment system, in the unlikely event that two people order the same thing at the exact same moment, we may have to refund one order. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Will you save my personal information?
The Narcissist shop wants to make your experience with us fun and as easy as possible. If you like, you can choose to save your personal details by checking the appropriate box on the billing information page. You will be prompted to enter a password. This will be used for our system’s memory only. Your information is 100% safe and will not be shared with any other parties.

Are shipping and taxes included in the price?
Our prices are in Canadian currency. All articles will be sold at the quoted Canadian price; for US orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suits you.
Taxes will be added according to your location. If you are ordering within British Columbia, 5% GST and 7% PST and within the Maritimes, 13% HST will be added to your order. Canadian orders from elsewhere in the country will be charged 5% GST. No tax will be added to American orders. Any customs or import taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.
How secure is shopping online at narcissist.com?
Our transaction partners are world-class organizations specializing in secure online transactions and credit card processing. Your information is sent to our credit card processor as secure, encrypted data. We've utilized Equifax Secure Inc. to provide a RapidSSL Certificate that offers a 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secured-server transmission of your encrypted data and information to PsiGate.com's payment gateways where your credit account information is kept on a secure server. All your information will be safe using the technology and expertise of our industry-leading partners.
In addition, we will never give, rent or sell your information to anyone outside of our payment processing partners. You will only hear from Narcissist Design Co. as it relates to an online transaction or if you've asked to receive information from us. Guaranteed.
I want to buy a dress but not online. How can I order a dress from you?
Although we've gone to great lengths to ensure our online purchase process is safe and secure, not everyone is comfortable with purchasing a product online. We understand. If you see something on the site you love don't worry! Just give us a call at 604.877.1555 or toll free 1.888.551.9551. We can process your purchase over the telephone and get your item shipped within 48 hours.

Do you have dresses suitable for formal occassions or bridal parties?
Absolutely! Whether you're looking for the perfect little black dress, a cocktail dress or mother of the bride dress - we have an option for everyone. Plus, all of our dresses are Canadian made and you'll find our bridesmaid dresses are priced very reasonably as compared to other traditional bridesmaid dresses. Where are your designer dresses made?
The Narcissist designer label has designed and manufactured dresses in Vancouver, BC Canada for over a decade. We are proud to be amongst top Canadian designers producing all of our garments in Canada.
How easy to care for are your dresses?
The vast majority of our dresses are eco-friendly hand wash cold, dry flat or hang to dry. Our jersey dresses are also wrinkle-free and excellent for travel. We offer very few dry clean only dresses.
We offer a wide range of sizes, from xs - xl and from 2 - 16. We don't have all sizes in all dresses, but we make every effort to keep our clothes accessible to women with many different body types and sizes.

Well for starters, our website is open 24/7. With easy-to-use tools and reasonable shipping, it's a great way to shop for the best selection of Narcissist clothing and accessories. If you crave personal attention, a made-to-order dress or need dresses for your bridal party, just give us a call to book an appointment for a private shopping experience at our intimate studio starting late-August.

Yes and yes. Narcissist Design Co. has been designing and manufacturing dresses in Vancouver, BC since 1996. We are committed to producing our dresses locally and in supporting our local economy.
We are also concerned about the environment and make every effort to produce our collections in the most sustainable way possible. Although we have created select pieces in what are being referred to as "eco-fabrics", our main goal is to ensure you have a quality garment made from fabrics that stand the test of time. Our clients often comment that they've had dresses for 10 years and they still look great. To us, that's true sustainability.
